The workout for 4/22 is...

15 minutes to work on the gymnastics skill(s) from your benchmark. Ask your coach to help you develop a plan to use these 15 minutes constructively.

Partner WOD!

In teams of 2, switching every movement:
24 minute AMRAP:
- 8 KB Swings (53/35)
- 75m Run
- 8 Squat Clean Thrusters (75/55)
- 8 HSPU (mod: regular push ups)
- 8 Pull Ups (mod: Jumping pull ups)

Round 1, Partner A does KB Swings, B does 75m Run, A does Squat Clean Thrusters, B does HSPU, A does Pull Ups. That's 1 round. Round 2, Partner B does KB Swings, A does 75m Run,, B does Squat Clean Thrusters, A does HSPU, B does Pull ups. Etc. You may have two sets of weights if necessary.
