The workout for 1/11 is...


Tempo Deadlifts 5x4 (up for 1 second, down for 2 seconds for touch and go reps with CONTROL). Only as heavy as you can go without losing form or having to speed up. If you track in Beyond the Whiteboard, reference your weight from the 5x3 on 12/12 and use the same weight for 4 reps here.
(15 minutes)

4 rounds, working 30s, resting 30s alternating stations each minute. Score is total reps for all 12 minutes.
1. Alternating KB Snatches (53/35)
2. Push Ups
3. Wall Balls (30/20)
