The workout for 1/13 is...

25 minutes to make up EITHER Grace or 1RM Front Squat. If you don't need to make them up:
15 min EMOM Alternating:
Minute 1: 2 Curtis Ps (95/65)
Minute 2: 8 Lateral Burpees
Minute 3: 10 Ring Rows

9 minute AMRAP Ladder
- 2 Box Jump (30/24)
- 2 Med Ball Clean
- 4, 4, 8, 8, 16, 16 (keep doubling)
