The workout for 1/13 is...

What the heck is "The CrossFit Open" and why should you sign up? Well, for one because we do it as a gym family and it's FUN. And, it's a chance to "compete" with athletes around the world doing the exact same workouts for 5 weeks. More info to come, but as we did last year, we'll be getting together every Friday night with our friends from S:6 to workout, and hangout. Every 90s for 6 Rounds: 2 reps: Snatch with pause just below knee for 2 secs, pause just above knee for 2 secs. Focus here is on technique/bar path/positions.
