Double Tabata (40s work, 20s rest for 8 minutes). Alternating:
- Double Unders (count total reps)
- V ups (count total reps)

4 Rounds for time:
- Sled Pull Down/Back (facing forward then facing backward) 155/105
- 5 wall walks
- 12 Deadlifts (225/155)
(15 minute cap)
