The workout for 1/18 is...

ENGINE WEEK - This week's workouts will be light, high in volume and designed to build your engine and get your heart rate up. Next week we will set new benchmarks, so take advantage of this week's lighter weights.

EMOM 7 - 1 Power Snatch + 2 OH Squats. All set at same weight and no heavier than 60% 1RM Snatch. If you struggle with the depth/mobility in your OHS keep weight even lighter and work on technique.

6 min AMRAP
- 10 OH Squats (75/55)
- 10 Lateral Burpees over bar
Rest 1 min
4 min AMRAP
- 10 Thrusters (75/55)
- 10 Lateral Jumps over bar (10 total)
Rest 1 min
2 min AMRAP
- As many Back Squats as Possible (75/55)
