The workout for 1/19 is...
ENGINE WEEK - This week's workouts will be light, high in volume and designed to build your engine and get your heart rate up. Next week we will set new benchmarks, so take advantage of this week's lighter weights.
Tabata: Hold at bottom of push up, 1" off the ground.
2 Rounds for Total Reps, 1 min at each station with 1 min rest/transition between. No rest between rounds
- Box Jumps (24/20)
- KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (53/35)
- Toes to Bar
- Burpees to 6"
- Air Squats
- 1 Arm Alternating KB Swings (switch each rep, count every rep) (53/35)
- Plate Ground to OH (35/25)
- Jumping Lunges (count each lunge)
