The workout for 1/19 is...

Weekly Raffle Contest! Each day, you may earn 1 raffle ticket by:
- Doing the day's accessory work before or after class
- Doing 15+ minutes of mobility
- Bringing a friend to our 10am Saturday Community Class
That's a total of 11 tickets you can earn each week! The winning ticket will be drawn during the Saturday 10am

5 Rounds not for time:
- 5 Overhead Squats (build each time) taken from the rack
- 5 Strict Toes to Bar
(20 minutes)

8 minute AMRAP:
- 2 Shuttle Runs (down/back =1)
- 16 Back Rack Lunges (total) @ 60% of your final 5RM overhead squat set

*Accessory Work: 3x10 Single Leg Deadlifts on each leg. Follow each set with a 1 minute plank hold.
