ENGINE WEEK - This week's workouts will be light, high in volume and designed to build your engine and get your heart rate up. Next week we will set new benchmarks, so take advantage of this week's lighter weights.
|5 Rounds, rest 2 min between rounds:|
|- 3 minutes to run 200m then in remaining time AMRAP ladder:|
|- 1 Ring Dip|
|- 1 Power Clean (135/95)|
|- 2 Ring Dips|
|- 2 Power Clean (135/95)|
|- 3 Ring Dips|
|- 3 Power Cleans, etc. Keep adding 1 rep.|
|**At the start of each round, you'll start over with 1 rep. You'll have 5 separate scores|
