Make up Day for either "Fran" or your 1RM Back Squat and 1RM Power Snatch

If you were here for both, your WOD today is...
EMOM 35 (settle in and let's just sweat)
Minute 1: 10 GHD Sit Ups (or 15 V Ups)
Minute 2: 5 Step Ups Left + 5 Step Ups Right (holding KBs or DBs in each hand) 24/20" You choose weight.
Minute 3: 10 Renegade Rows (R/L = 1) using same weight as step ups
Minute 4: 15 Russian Twists (R/L = 1) 35/25 plate
Minute 5: 150m Run
