Gymnastics Benchmark #3: 3 minutes as many rope climbs as possible. Mod: Rope Drops or Rope Climb attempts. Rest 3 minutes. 3 minutes as many meters in a HS walk as possible. Total meters in 3 minutes. OR max effort handstand hold. Does not need to be wall facing.

15 minute AMRAP Ladder:
- 2 Front Rack Lunges (1R/1L) (95/65)
- 2 Bar-Facing Burpees
- 2 Goblet Squats (53/35)
- 4 Lunges (2R/2L)
- 4 Bar-Facing Burpees
- 4 Goblet Squats
- 6, 6, 6, 8, 8, 8, etc.
