MAKE UP DAY Benchmark #1: 30 min to find a 1RM Snatch OR Clean and Jerk OR Back Squat. You may choose one of these 3 and then re-test the same lift at the end of this 8-week cycle.

OR - 5x400m Run time trials.Rest 2 minutes between. Record each time.

7 minute AMRAP:
- 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (mod: chin over bar. Ring Rows with 3 second hold at top)
- 10 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
- 15 Russian Twists (R/L = 1) 35/25 plate
