The workout for 1/29 is...

Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds: 2 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Thrusters. Goal is to be around 50% of your 1RM Front Squat for all 5 sets.

For time:
- 30 KB Alternating Snatches (15R/15L) 53/35
- 30 Push Ups
- 30 Box Jump Overs (30/24)
- 20 KB Snatches
- 20 Push Ups
- 20 Box Jumps Overs
- 10 KB Snatches
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Box Jump Overs
