We resume our normal schedule today! Our next Fundies class is this weekend: Saturday and Sunday, 11am - 1pm. Register at www.crossfitdeco.com/schedule

Take 20 minutes to build up to a heavy complex of: 1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk.

EMOM 10 minutes:
- 1 Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk @ 85% of your heavy complex from above.
