The workout for 1/3 is...

4 Rounds for Quality of the following complex:
- 3 Strict Pull Ups + 3 Kipping Pull Ups + 3 Strict Toes to Bar + 3 Kipping Toes to Bar. Mod: use a band for pull up portion, then remove it and bring toes as high as you can on the TTB portion

3 Rounds for time:
- 6 KB Clean and Jerk Right (53/35). May use a swing, does not need to touch the ground)
- 30 Double Under (30 speed steps)
- 6 KB Clean and Jerk Left
- 12 Goblet Squats
Accessory Work:
3x7 SOTS Press. Behind the neck strict press in a snatch grip in the bottom position of your squat.
