- Doing the day's accessory work before or after class
- Doing 15+ minutes of mobility
- Bringing a friend to our 10am Saturday Community Class

Spend 40s on each minute working on your gymnastics skill

1 Hang Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch. Start at 50% 1RM and add weight each minute

Rest 1 min

3 min AMRAP
- 5 Push Ups
- 10 Air Squats

*Accessory Work:
1 attempt at: Max Unbroken Wall Balls (choose a weight where you know you can do at LEAST 15 unbroken. If you set the ball down or stop moving, you set it over. Grab a friend and push each other! This one won't take long - record in Beyond the Whiteboard!
