- Office Hours Thursday 4-6pm with coach Leslie. Sign up for a 30-minute time slot through MindBody Online here .
- And keep that cardio on track with tonight's DeCardiO class from 5:30pm - 6:30pm! Invite friends - this class does not require CrossFit experience!
Tabata: Chin over bar hold. Pronated grip. Once that fails, switch to suponated grip. Mod: bar hang in scap pull up hold.
