5 Rounds of the Complex: 2 power cleans + 2 front squats + 4 total front rack Lunges (2R/2L). All 5 sets to be done no heavier than 60% of 1RM Clean. Rest about 2 min between sets. (20 min)

6 min AMRAP:
- 6 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 12 Toes to Bar
- 18 Air Squats

Rest 3 minutes

6 min AMRAP:
- 6 Jumping Lunges (R/L = 1)
- 12 Push Ups
- 18 Russian KB Swings (53/35)
