Pull Up/Muscle Up Technique Work. Kipping, Butterfly. 10-15 min

4 Rounds for time:
- 10 Thrusters (95/65)
- 10 Bar Facing Burpees
- 10 Pull Ups (mod: kipping swings)
(12 minute cap)
At minute 14, 100 Ab Mat Sit Ups.

You will have 2 scores: time from 4 rounds and time for 100 sit ups
