The workout for 1/8 is...

4 Rounds: 3 Back Squat + 3 Front Squat. Re-rack between but go immediately into the front squats.
All sets at 60% of your BS 3RM
(15 minutes)

5 minute AMRAP
- 9 Power Cleans (135/95)
- 6 Front Squats (135/95)
- 3 Push Press (135/95)
Rest 3 min
5 minute AMRAP
- 9 Power Cleans
- 6 Front Squats
- 3 Push Press

You will have 2 different scores for this workout:2 AMRAPS. Your goal is to stay consistent and score the same on both AMRAPS.
Choose a weight where you could do one round all the way through unbroken if you had to.
Accessory Work:
- 3x20 Barbell Wipers (10R/10L) on the floor using light-moderate weight
