Nutrition Challenge Info Meeting is tonight at 7:30pm!

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
- Overhead Alternating Lunges (75/55 total lunges)
- 25 Double Unders (30s practice)
- 1 Rope Climb (choose the mod that will get you closest to acheiving a few pulls)
(20 minute cap)
Note your time then immediately do a 200m Cool Down walk.
