25 minute AMRAP
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
- 40 Pull Ups (mod: ring rows)
- 60 Plate Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35) total steps
-80 Double Under (mod: speed steps R/L = 1)
- 100 Air Squats
