RETEST WEEK! Come in and see how far you've come in 8 weeks! Or establish some new benchmark numbers if you weren't around during our testing week. We will test Wednesday and Friday!

12 minute AMRAP
- 20 Step ups Back Rack (24/20) 45/35 10R/10L
- 20 Alternating KB Swings (53/35)
- 20 Burpees
-- Rest 3 minutes then --
Accumulate 3 minutes holding top of Ring Dip. May use band if max hold time is less than 10 seconds. Every time you drop, do 10 ab mat sit ups
