|- 20 Step ups Back Rack (24/20) 45/35 10R/10L|
|- 20 Alternating KB Swings (53/35)|
|- 20 Burpees|

|Accumulate 3 minutes holding top of Ring Dip. May use band if max hold time is less than 10 seconds. Every time you drop, do 10 ab mat sit ups|
