MAKE UP DAY. If you missed a benchmark earlier this week or will miss tomorrow, you may use today to make up a benchmark. Tomorrow we will retest "Jackie"

10-8-5-5-5 Touch and Go Deadlifts. Not intended to go super heavy, but focus on perfect form with each touch and go rep at light/modetate weight
Add weight each time. 15 minutes

- Minute 1: 40 Double Unders (or 30s practice)
- Minute 2: 5 Touch and Go Power Cleans @ 50% of final set of 5 Deadlift Weight
- Minute 3: 20s Side Plank Right, 20s Side Plank Left
