Split Jerk Technique Work
3-3-2-2-2. Add weight each time.
(20 minutes)

10 minute AMRAP Ladder:
- 3 Sumo DL High Pulls 95/65
- 3 Toes to Bar
- 6 Sumo DL High Pull
- 6 Toes to bar, keep adding 3 reps until time is up
