We will set new benchmarks the week of 10/31!

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets): 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang High Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat. May add weight each time.

Get to 100 Wall Balls!
Every minute, do 3 Snatches @ 70% of your 1RM or at 80% of final weight used today, then Wall Balls (20/14), starting at 0:00
Once you hit 100 Wall Balls, you're done!
