We will set new benchmarks the week of 10/31 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Monday, 10/31 is Halloween! Come dressed in costume for our annual pumpkin WOD!

5 Rounds each for time and total push ups/dips:
- 400m Run or Row
- Max Unbroken Push Ups (Rx+ Unbroken Strict Ring Dips or Muscle ups)
- 20s L Sit hold on Bar (accumulate)
- Rest 2 minutes
10 minutes Mobility!
