The workout for 10/26 is...

15 minutes of skill work
EMOM 0 - 5
- 2 Ring Muscle Ups or Bar Muscle Ups or 8 Kipping Ring Swings
EMOM 6 - 10
- 5 Strict Ring Dips (mod: foot assisted)
EMOM 11 - 15
- 1 Ring Muscle Up Negative. Assist with foot as much as necessary.

3 rounds for Quality:
- 16 Alternating Pistols (8/8) or 8 Single Leg Deadlifts on each Leg using KB or DB
- 45s Wall Sit
- 75m Farmers Carry/Waiter Walk (switch at the colored box)
Accessory Work:
3x10 Stiff-Legged Deadlifts LIGHT
