The workout for 10/27 is...

Next Tuesday, 10/31 is coach Emily's last day at DeCO! Let's send her off the only way we know how: with our annual pumpkin/costume WOD! You show up in costume, we'll bring the pumpkins. Also, tomorrow will be her final Endurance and Community classes, so plenty of chances to wish her the best!
Take 15 minutes to work up to a heavy Cluster (squat clean thruster). Then using 70% of that weight:

5 Rounds for time:
- 10 Bar-Facing Burpees
- 3 Clusters
- 10 Bar-Facing Burpees
- 3 Hang Power Snatch
(18 minute cap)
