The workout for 10/3 is...

It's October!! Which means it's time to set some new goals! Hit your Sept goal? Great! Set a new one - or if you didn't quite hit it, keep the same one up there. We saw some major improvements in your various goals throughout September. Well done, everyone!

Front Squat: 
3 @ 75%
3 @ 80%
3+ @ 85% (do as many reps at this weight as you can)
(15 minutes)

11 minutes:
- 400m Run Buy in then
- 5 Deadlifts 255/185 or 100+% of your 1RM clean
- 8/5 Strict Ring Dips
- 8/5 Strict Pull Ups
