We will set new benchmarks the week of 10/31 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

3rd Annual Halloween Pumpkin WOD!
- 50 Goblet Squats
- 40 Pumpkin Sit Ups
-30 OH Lunges (15 holding in right hand, 15 holding in left hand)
- 400m Run with Pumpkin
-30 OH Lunges (15 holding in right hand, 15 holding in left hand)
- 40 Pumpkin Sit Ups
- 50 Goblet Squats
-- Rest 4 minutes then --
200m Slam Ball Toss for time (30/20)
Toss the slam ball as far as you can, run to the ball and toss again. For 200m.
