The workout for 10/5 is...

Make sure you grab some teammates and sign up for the DeCOlympics! You must register by Oct 24th in order to receive a shirt/tank with your registration. This is a low-pressure, fun event in which anyone can participate. Invite friends from other CrossFit gyms to join, too! The more, the merrier. Let's raise some money for an incredible cause!

9 minute AMRAP:
- 5 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 or 55% of your 1RM)
- 10 Jumping Lunges (R/L = 1)
Rest 3 minutes then for time:
- 75 Air Squats
- 30 Pull Ups (jumping pull ups)
