Time to set November Goals!! Erase your Sept/Oct goals and start fresh! We will build in some time during classes for you to work on them!

We are setting new benchmarks today, tomorrow and Friday.

Benchmark #1
20 minutes to find a 1RM clean and jerk. Can be any style.
Benchmark #2

"Black and Blue"
5 Rounds for time:
- 10 Power Cleans (135/95) or 60% 1RM
- 10 Burpees
(10 minute cap)
