The workout for 11/10 is...

Reminder about our schedule this weekend: Saturday, there are NO morning classes! Just come on up at 5pm for the big bday bash! Sunday, we will be closed so everyone can recover from a successful evening.

5 minute AMRAP x 3. Rest 1 min between. Pick up where you left off
- 1 Snatch. Choose Power or Squat and choose weight. This should be relatively heavy, around 85% of your 1RM from last benchmark but strive for no misses.
- 3 Strict Pull Ups (bands)
- 6 Deficit Push Ups (45# plates)
- 9 Air Squats
Rest 3 minutes then Tabata: Hollow Holds
