The workout for 11/13 is...

3 Rounds x 3 minute AMRAP. Pick up where you left off for one score. Rest 2 minutes between rounds:
- 3 Strict HSPU (mod: piked)
- 6 Deadlifts (225/155)
- 9 Toes to Bar

Post WOD: Double Tabata (40s work, 20s rest) for 8 minutes. Alternating:
- Hollow Hold
- KB Windmills (switch sides each time you get back to this section) Choose weight with a goal of 8-10 reps each round.
Accessory Work:
- accumulate 2 minutes L sit hold on pull up bar.
