The workout for 11/14 is...

Back Squat 4x8. All sets at 90% of 1RM Clean and Jerk weight. On last set, strip down to 80% and go for max reps at that weight.
(20 minutes)

8 minute AMRAP Ladder:
- 2 HSPU (strict if you have them for as long as you can, then switch to kipping)
- 2 Box Jumps (30/24)
- 4, 4, 6, 6, etc. keep adding 2
