The workout for 11/14 is...
|Back Squat 4x8. All sets at 90% of 1RM Clean and Jerk weight. On last set, strip down to 80% and go for max reps at that weight.|
|8 minute AMRAP Ladder:|
|- 2 HSPU (strict if you have them for as long as you can, then switch to kipping)|
|- 2 Box Jumps (30/24)|
|- 4, 4, 6, 6, etc. keep adding 2|
