The workout for 11/15 is...

2 Rounds for reps at each station (total WBs, total Rope Climbs, total Deadlifts)

4 minutes on the clock:
- Row 500m then in remaining time as many Wall Balls as possible (use weight from benchmark)
- Rest 2 minutes

4 minutes on the clock:
- 100 Double Unders (or work 2 minutes) then as many Rope Climbs as Possible
- Rest 2 minutes

4 minutes on the clock:
- Run 400m then in remaining time as many Deadlifts as possible (Use weight from "Diane" + 10%)
- Rest 2 minutes
