The workout for 11/16 is...

Thanksgiving week schedule:
Mon-weds: normal schedule
Thurs: 10am class only
Fri: 10am-12pm open gym only

Every 90s for 10 Rounds:
1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squats
(keep this weight light and focus on technique: quick drop, tight core, upright torso) May add each time if technique isn't being compromised

5 Rounds for time:
- 14 Alternating Reverse Front Rack Lunges (7 R/7 L) 95/65
- 14 Hollow Rocks
(9 minute cap)
