We are a week and a half away from the DeCOlympics and celebrating DeCO's 4th Bday! Gather up your teammates and get registered. We have already raised over $1200 for Special Olympics Colorado AND your teams could win some AMAZING prizes.

Benchmark Strongmanandwoman!
2 minutes Max Reps at each station:
- Rope Climbs (mod: jump and hold 3 sec OR rope drops)
- Stone to Shoulder (115/70)
- Tire Flips
- Double Unders
- Heavy Wall Balls (30/20)
Rest 2 minutes between stations
Then for time:
200m Waiter Walk 53/35.
- 100m Right Arm
- 100m Left Arm
