The workout for 11/2 is...

4x4 Tempo Front Squats at 60%. 3 second descent, then explode up.
After each set, do 1 sled pull down/back at BW + 10%. Face away down, then face sled back.
10 minute AMRAP:
- 20 Ball Slams (40/30)
- 15 V Ups
- 2 Tire Flip Jump Throughs

Accessory Work:
- 1000m Row for time. This is this week's Beyond the Whiteboard Challenge, so make sure you log your score!
