Thanksgiving week schedule:
Mon-weds: normal schedule
Thurs: 10am class only
Fri: 10am-12pm open gym only

Please note we will be closed for renovations the week of Nov. 28 - Dec. 4. Look for an email with more information including dropping in to Sessions 6 during the week we're closed. We will also post at-home, bodyweight WODs every day you can track in Beyond the Whiteboard.

5x4 Tempo Strict Press
1 sec press up, 2 sec hold, 3 seconds down. Add weight each time but be very strict with the eccentric portion
(15 minutes)

6 minute AMRAP:
- 6 KB Snatch Right (53/35)
- 6 KB Snatch Left
- 6 Burpee to 6" Target
1 minute rest then 2 Rounds for time:
- 200m Run
- 30 Mountain Climbers (R/L = 1)
- 30 Air Squats
(6 minute cap)
