Thanksgiving week schedule:
Mon-weds: normal schedule
Thurs: 10am class only
Fri: 10am-12pm open gym only

EMOM 12 Strict Gymnastics Skill Work
Evens: 5 Strict HSPU to deficit or 3 negatives to deficit or 30s HS Hold, wall facing
Odds: 5 False Grip Strict Ring Pull Ups (mod: 2 10-12 second negatives on rings or bar) or 2-3 string ring muscle ups
