Happy Thanksgiving WOD! We have one class today at 9am.
Dinner - 20 min As Many Servings As Possible
- Turkey: 20 Toes to Bar
- Potatoes: 20 Push Press (95/65)
- Stuffing: 20 Alternating KB Snatches (35/25)
- Cranberry: 20 Power Clean (plates) (95/65)
- Green Bean: 20 Goblet "Gobble" Squats (35/25)
*Sprinkle of Salt: Stone to Shoulder, you must complete 10 throughout the AMRAP. Choose any weight

4 minute rest

Dessert - Tabata Pumpkin Pie: Plank Holds

Leftovers - 1 Round for time of the AMRAP:
