It's Day 1 of our renovations! Your at-home bodyweight workout for today is...
10 Rounds for time:
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Sit Ups
- 10 Air Squats
Rest 5 min
Tabata (20s work/10s rest) for 4 minutes alternating between:
- Side plank left
- Side plank right
