4 Rounds for total HSPU/Push Ups
4 minutes on the clock:
- 400m Run or 500m row
- 15 Deadlifts (155/105)
- Max HSPU in remaining time (mod: push ups)
Rest 2 minutes

Accessory Work:
2x Max Effort Strict Pull Ups. Use a band if this is less than 5 unassisted.
