The workout for 11/3 is...

10 minutes of overhead and thoracic spine mobility! Then 10 minutes muscle up skill work to get warm/prepared for the WOD.
For time:
- 5 Squat Snatches @ 50% (mod: power snatches)
- 3 Ring Muscle Ups (use mod you used for benchmark)
- 4 Squat Snatches @ 60%
- 3 Ring Muscle Ups (use mod you used for benchmark)
- 3 Squat Snatches @ 70%
- 3 Ring Muscle Ups (use mod you used for benchmark)
- 2 Squat Snatches @ 80%
- 3 Ring Muscle Ups (use mod you used for benchmark)
- 1 Squat Snatch @ 90%
- 3 Ring Muscle Ups (use mod you used for benchmark)
(15 minute cap)
