2 Rounds (You will do 4 total AMRAPs)

5 minute AMRAP:
- 20 Mountain Climbers (R/L = 1)
- 20 Jumping Air Squats
Rest 2 minutes
5 minute AMRAP:
- 20 V- Ups
- 20 Tuck Jumps
