EMOM 6:
1 Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk. Start at 60% and add every minute.
6 Rounds each for time:
- 9 Power Cleans (135/95)
- 6 Front Squats
- 3 Push Jerks
- 35 Double Unders
- Rest 90s between rounds
2 Scores: Slowest Round and Fastest Round
Accessory Work:
- 20 total GHD back extensions with 3-second eccentric
