The workout for 11/8 is...

Reminder about our schedule this weekend: Saturday, there are NO morning classes! Just come on up at 5pm for the big bday bash! Sunday, we will be closed so everyone can recover from a successful evening.

CrossFIt Liftoff Workout #3
15 minute AMRAP
- 25 pull-ups (mod: ring rows)
- 50-calorie row
- 100 overhead squats (45/35)
- 50 box jumps (24/20)
- 25 pull-ups

10 min EMOM Skill Work: Every minute, work on your November goal movement for 20-30 seconds. This can be drills, techniques, holds, etc. Intended for skill practice while under fatigue, not any max efforts.
