3 Rounds:
- 8 Bar Muscle Ups (mod: jumping bar muscle ups)
- 8 KB thrusters Right (53/35)
- 8 KB thrusters Left (53/35)
- then 800m Run
Then 3 rounds:
- 8 Clapping Push Ups
- 8 Alternating OH Lunges with KB Right (53/35)
- 8 Alternating OH Lunges with KB Left
Accessory Work:
1600m cool down run (3x around the block)
